Service Policy Summary
(Optional warranty coverage)
Coverage:
Long-life service policy covers repair or replacement of the PVI pressure
vessel (tank). During the non-prorated portion of the tank warranty,
PVI pays all labor, freight and materials to correct a warrantable defect
in materials, workmanship, or other covered failure. Any repair or replacement
remains covered under the long-life service policy for the remainder
of the non-prorated period of the original warranty.
Duration
of coverage:
Non-prorated portion of the tank warranty varies from 3 to 8 years depending
upon the warranty coverage purchased.
Commencement
of coverage:
Coverage begins at date of factory-authorized startup of PVI equipment,
or, if factory-authorized startup is not required, 90 days after PVI
product ships from factory.
Conditions:
Conditions and exclusions of PVI tank warranties apply to long-life
service policy.
